Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping

Orders ship USPS first class or priority, oversized items ship via UPS ground. 


Shipping is a flat rate $4.95.

At this time we only ship to United States addresses (including Hawaii and Alaska).

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. An order confirmation and tracking update with tracking number will be e-mailed to you. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.


At this time we don't offer refunds or returns, unless your order is damaged. In that case please contact us with photos of the damage and we will either send a replacement for refund your order.

To exchange your order for a different size or style, please contact us first. 

Exchanges are possible only within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product. No refunds are given on shipping fees.

You are responsible to pay for return shipping. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Items that are excluded from returns are noted in the product listing as final sale. 

Notify us within 20 days of your order delivery by e-mailing us at:

with your order # and return in the message.

 A full refund will be issued once the return is received in our warehouse. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must first be pre-approved by us. 

Damaged or incorrect shipments will be refunded in full with proof of damage either via photographs or item return. Damaged items requiring returns will have return shipping costs refunded by An Empowered Life.
